Living in a black hole

     Feeling down from time to time is a normal part of life, but when emotions such as hopelessness and despair take hold and just won’t go away, you may have depression. More than just sadness in response to life’s struggles and setbacks, depression changes how you think, feel, and function in daily activities. It can interfere with your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and enjoy life. Just trying to get through the day can be overwhelming.

     Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think, and how you act. There are people that fighting for depression but there are people too that have ended their life because they didn't survive the sadness they are going through. When you feel depressed, you can feel stuck, emotionless, and empty.

    Others may think that this kind of mental illness is hard to cure. What others didn't know is that there is actually ways to survive in this mental illness. Consult a doctor so that you will know what depression you are suffering. Have fun: If you are depressed, make time to try new things you enjoy, this may help you to make it easier to survive this mental illness and it will help you to forget your problem.

     Be with God. Depression is not a joke. If you're experiencing this, trusting God is the best thing to do, talk to God because He can help you whatever your problem is. Don't forget to trust on Him and on His plans because we don't know that He did this because He wants you to become a stronger person.
